Blocks: out of sight, both ways

Block a player and the two of you disappear from each other across the whole app: profiles, check-ins, run history, search. It is enforced at the database, not screen by screen, so no feature forgets. A block also severs any friendship or pending request in both directions, and the app refuses every path between you, from friend requests to join requests. Your block list lives in Settings under Blocked players, and unblocking is one tap.

Reports, reviewed fast

Report a player, a team, a run, a court, a court photo or a check-in from right where you see it, with a reason: harassment or bullying, hate or abuse, inappropriate content, impersonation, spam or scam, or something else. Reports are private, and we action them quickly, usually within 24 hours. The report screen also says the thing an app should say: if something is urgent or dangerous, contact the police first. Moderation has teeth beyond reports too: a server-side language filter rejects slurs and abuse in names, bios and team names before they ever post, and everyone accepts the house rules before they can post anything at all. An account that keeps breaking them can be suspended, which leaves it readable but stops it checking in, posting or joining anything until the suspension lifts. Every moderation action is recorded with the reason it was taken.

Your account, locked down

Settings shows every device signed in to your account, with where and when it was last active. Sign out any device you do not recognise, or sign out all others at once. Changing your password signs your other devices out as standard, and if you signed up with Apple or Google you can add a password to your account whenever you want one.

Delete means delete

You can download everything the app holds on you from Settings, and you can delete your account from the same screen: profile, check-in history, friendships and photos, permanently, with no undo.
